Equity Membership
The Equity Membership includes all immediate family members up to age 24 who are currently
full-time students.
Member Privileges
- Unlimited access to the 18-hole championship golf course
- Full use of practice facilities
- Access to the clubhouse and swimming pool

- One-Time Initiation Fee: $4,500
- Monthly Dues & Fees: $727
- Monthly Food Minimum: $85

Junior Equity Membership
The Junior Equity Membership includes all immediate family members and provides unlimited access to the golf course, practice areas, clubhouse, and swimming pool.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be between 25 and 40 years of age
- Membership converts to a full Equity Membership at age 40
Junior Equity Membership Expenditures
- One-Time Initiation Fee: $2,250
- Payable over the first three years of membership
- Monthly Dues: $10 × member’s age
- Example: 27 years old = $270/month
- Additional Monthly Fees: $93.16
- Example Total (Age 27): $363.16/month
- Monthly Food Minimum: $75

The Corporate Membership includes all immediate family members up to age 24 who are currently full-time students.

- Primary member holds voting rights and may serve on the Board of Directors

- One-Time Initiation Fee: $4,500

- 2nd Member: $639.49

- 1st Member: $85

Non-Resident Membership
The Non-Resident Membership includes all immediate family members up to age 24 who are currently full-time students.
Member Privileges
- Unlimited access to the clubhouse, swimming pool, and practice facilities
- Up to 20 rounds of golf per year
- Participation in non-elevated events (as defined by the Sports Committee) without counting toward the 20-round limit
Eligibility Requirements
- Primary residence must be more than 75 miles from Youche Country Club
- Secondary residence may be within 75 miles
Non-Resident Membership Expenditures
- One-Time Initiation Fee: $1,125
- Monthly Dues: $152.95
- Food Minimum: None (pay as you use)
Restrictions
- No participation in elevated golf events
- No participation in leagues, including as a substitute

Social Memberships include all immediate family members up to age 24 who are currently full-time students.

- Monthly Dues & Fees: $293.25
- Applicable May through September
- Monthly Food Minimum: $130 (January-December)
- Monthly Service and Capital Fee: $80.66

Social-Golf Membership
Social-Golf Memberships include all immediate family members up to age 24 who are currently full-time students.

The Dining Membership includes all immediate family members up to age 24 who are currently full-time students.

- No access to club-organized social events
This membership is ideal for individuals who wish to enjoy Youche Country Club’s dining and bar offerings without participating in golf or social programming.

Youche Country Club is a private club. Access is limited to members and their guests, although we are happy to provide you with membership details and options to explore.
Youche prides itself on our ability to provide affordable luxury to our members. We offer both Golf and Social / Swim memberships that allow our members to take advantage of the areas of the club that they choose to utilize. All memberships at Youche are family memberships.
